We thank our members and the public for their support of our Spring Lily Bulb Sale.  Despite snow and highway construction, our bulbs were sold out before noon.  Our bulb sale proceeds help us support our NSLS Heritage Lily Garden at Arneson Acres Park in Edina, Professor Neil Anderson's lilium research at the University of Minnesota, the gardens at the State of Minnesota Governor's Residence, our summer lily show and our educational meetings.

Fall is the optimum time for planting lilies and our fall lily bulb sale, which is always larger and will include a good selection of martagon lilies is scheduled for October 11, 2008.  It will also be held in Bachman's Heritage Room.  We thank Bachman's for their generous commitment to the North Star Lily Society.
