Starting date for North American Lily Society (NALS) Virtual Show 2026
There will be no in-person NALS show in 2026. Those in the Southern Hemisphere can start sending in photos of their cut lily stems in front of a white or gray background. Entries for all of us can be sent in until a date in August. Nominal fee for registration includes ability to submit Horticulture and Floral Design entries, access to four educational Zoom sessions and an online Auction.

North American Lily Society (NALS) sponsored Zoom presentation.
Zoom presentation by Rex Lyes, New Zealand on “Judging Single Flowers”. Watch for an email about how to register or go to www.lilies.org for information. At completion of sessions, the videos will be posted on NALS You Tube channel. The first two sessions were phenomenal.
$10 for NALS members, $15 for non-NALS members for access to all three sessions. |

1:30 PM Speaker: David Zlesak, Professor at University of Wisconsin, River Falls will present on “The Plant Introduction Pipeline”.
Speaker is free and open to the public. Bring friends.

NSLS members can sign up in the volunteer corner in the newsletter or if not confident with google sign-up then Email Cheryl Hoffman (see Volunteer Corner in newsletter). Sign-up starts with the publishing of this newsletter and closes when all spaces are filled. Only those who pre-register will be able to volunteer.
Spring Bulb Sale
Spring Bulb Sale Saturday April 18 with bulb wrap on Friday April 17. Both at Bachman's on Lyndale, 6010 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419.
9:00 AM Bachman's doors open
9:15 AM sale opens to members. Fill out membership form and bring $10 renewal in cash or check if your membership is due.
10 AM open to the public until sold out
